Terms and Conditions for Booking Makeup Services

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

- A non-refundable upfront payment of $100 is required to secure your wedding day booking.

- For other bookings a partial or full payment is required to secure the booking.

- Unless otherwise specified, no booking will be confirmed without this payment.

2. Payment Methods:

- Accepted methods of payment include bank transfer and cash.

3. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date will forfeit the $100 upfront payment.

- For other events requiring upfront payment, cancellations may result in forfeiture of the payment.

4. Rescheduling Policy:

- Rescheduling is subject to availability. Any rescheduling within 30 days of the booking may incur a fee.

5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows:

- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling with an additional fee. No-shows will forfeit any payments made.

6. Pricing:

- Prices listed are indicative only and may vary based on factors such as the number of people, date and time of the booking, location, and specific requirements.

- For accurate pricing, please contact me directly for a personalised quote.

7. Travel Fees:

- Additional travel fees may apply for services rendered outside a specific area. Please contact me for details.

8. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities:

- Clients must inform me of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. I am not liable for any reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

9. Liability:

- I am not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, transportation issues, or health emergencies.

10. Client Responsibilities:

- Clients are responsible for arriving with a clean face and adhering to any specific preparation instructions provided prior to the appointment.

11. Use of Images:

- By booking my services, you consent to the use of images of my work for promotional purposes, including social media and portfolio displays, unless otherwise agreed upon - please let me know if you do not want your images used, I am happy to oblige!

12. COVID-19 Policy:

- Please adhere to any COVID-19 safety measures in place at the time of your appointment. Cancellations due to COVID-19 will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

13. Agreement to Terms:

- By making an upfront payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
